Physics 180E Assignments, Fall 2009

1. Experiments on Single Particle Motions (Oct 1 - 16, 2009),
2. Experiments on Fluid Properties of Plasmas (Oct 19 - Nov 9, 2009), and
3. Experiments on Waves in Plasmas (Nov 10 - Dec 1, 2009).

These dates are firm unless disaster strikes and vital equipment malfunctions. Reports should be due one calendar week after last day to perform the lab. Thus, it is in your self-interest to finish data-taking as early as possible. That is, if you start writing your report and discover that you need crucial data, you could go back into the lab and obtain it.

Do keep in mind that the experimental setup will have to be changed immediately after the initial presenting lecture for assignments 2 and 3.
