Microwave oven Experiments

- The following experiments may fatally damage your microwave and will probably start a fire in your kitchen.

- A microwave oven can be used for various demonstrations including standing waves in an overmoded wave guide cavity, heating by electromagnetic waves, creation of plasma balls fed by microwaves, conduction of hot glass, superheating of fluids and others.
