RESEARCH FOCUS The focus of the group is two fold: fabrication of nanoscale electronic devices and using these devices for biosensing and for monitoring biological processes. The devices are nanoscale transistors made of carbon nanotubes and polymeric nanofibers, the research includes device oriented physical measurements together with the investigation of the interaction of devices with biomolecules, bio-detection, interaction between biomolecules and also the design of devices with both electronic and biological functionalities.
