Physics 6C - Light, Fluid, Thermodynamics, Modern Physics for Life Science Major (Winter 2015)
Course Description:
Lecture, three hours; discussion, one hour; laboratory, two hours. Enforced requisite: course 6B. Not open for credit to students with credit for course 6CH. Geometrical and physical optics, fluid statics and dynamics, thermodynamics. Selected topics from foundations of quantum mechanics; atomics, nuclear and particle physics; relativity; medical detectors; biological applications. P/NP or letter grading.- Course Syllabus
