WHAT I AM CURRENTLY WORKING ON: I work on a simulations for radio neutrino experiments, which are used to quantify the sensitivity of the experiments, and guide design and operational parameters and test ideas for new projects. It is made available to and used by others in the field. For instructions on how to access the code, go here. The ANITA simulation is documented here (updated 12/10/06). I have also been leading an effort to measure attenuation lengths in the Cote Blanche salt mine, to assess the feasibility of installing a neutrino detector in a large salt formation. The writeups from our first two trips to the mine are here and here. |
More info on ANITA and the launch can be found here.
