  Allows one to construct the task for a loop 
calculation where one parameter can be changed.
 7. "Table size" is the number of points for the table
 8. "Tab.param." is the name of the variable which is
    chosen as an argument of the table
 9. "Min.val."   is the minimum value of the argument
10. "Max.val."   is the maximum value of the argument.
  Menu records 8,9,10 will appear on the screen only if 
"Table size" is more or equal than 2.
  The protocols of calculations are stored in separate
prt_# files. Besides that a common file tab_N1_N2
will be created, where N1 and N2 are the numbers of the
first and the last protocol files. This common file
contains the table of results.
