 This  menu function calls the next level menu which allows 
one to set:
 1. a structure function for the first incoming particle
 2. a structure function for the second incoming particle
 3. the first particle momentum 
 4. the second particle momentum 

A plot for the selected structure function can be displayed by 
pressing the F7 key.
