  The Weizsacker-Williams approximation can be used
for the electroproduction processes. In this 
approximation the electroproduction cross section 
is reduced to the convolution of photoproduction 
cross section with the equivalent photon spectrum. 
The spectrum depends on the photon momentum scale 
Q^2, inherent to the process under consideration.
