10 10 65 The MRS parton distribution functions (PDF, two sets, MRS(A') and MRS(G)) describe the momentum distributions of quarks and gluons in the proton or the antiproton. For the A' set the sea quark and gluon distributions are parameterized at small x by the x^(-Lambda) function, where the universal parameter Lambda is the same for all distributions. The G set uses different Lambda parameters for the sea quark and the gluon distributions. QCD theoretical motivation is in favor of the universal Lambda parameter (A' set), but the experimental data fit for the G set is better. The PDF Q-dependence is calculated in the NLO approximation within the MSbar scheme, Alpha_s(MZ)=0.113/0.114 for A' case/G case. The variation ranges of x, Q^2 variables are 10^-5 < x < 1 5 GeV^2 < Q^2 < 1310720 GeV^2 See details in A.D.Martin, R.G.Roberts, W.J.Stirling, Phys.Lett.
