Morning sessions will contain lectures (1–2 hours each) for young physicists, delivered by experts, while original presentations (20–30 minutes each) will be held during the afternoon sessions.

 

Site, accommodation & fees:

Bogolyubov Institute for Theoretical Physics will host the meeting in its picturesque location at the South outskirts of Kiev.  A choice of Western style hotels will be available for conference participants. Registration fee of $200 will be requested but will be reduced or waved for those participants who have insufficient funding.
 

Transportation:

The meeting is scheduled right after the Neutrino conference in Paris, which some of the particpants are planning to attend.  There are direct flights by Air France and other companies between Paris and Kiev. Otherwise, Kiev can be easily reached
by air from Europe, America or Asia.
 

Application, visas:

If you wish to attend our Workskop, please fill in and return the appended Registration Form to the Organizing Committee at your earliest convenience.  Accordingly, the Organizing Committee will send individual invitations that may be necessary in applying for the Ukrainian visa.

The local currency is called Hryvnia, and there are no limits or problems in exchanging USD or EURO into it and vice versa, the exchange rate being rather stable, around 5.34 Hryvnia for one US dollar and 6.5 Hryvnia for one Euro. Magnetic cards (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, Travellers' checks etc.) are in common use in Ukraine.
