The WIMPs search group was formerly a subgroup
of ICARUS,
which is a Large Liquid Argon Time Projection Chamber for proton decay at
Gran Sasso Laboratory, Italy,
proposed by the
ICARUS Collaboration. The ICARUS detector is currently under construction.

Now the ZEPLIN
collaboration is
constructing the ZEPLIN II
detector based on the R&D work
within ICARUS.
