M.6.4 Exploding Basket Balls Wake up your sleeping students! Two balls of different masses are suspended by a hoop from high up in the lecture hall. Inside the hoop is a firecracker which when exploded drives the balls off in different directions. From their masses and the distance one of the balls travels before it hits the floor, the distance the other ball travels can be determined. |
